Interventional Procedure

Inland Pain Medicine specializes in minimally invasive procedures. We work closely with other disciplines including spine specialists, orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, occupational therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, and clinical psychology to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with complex pain problems.

After undergoing an interventional procedure or injection, completing the following Pain Diary form will help the pain specialist determine the proper treatment plan.
