Referral Process
The first step in treating pain is making an accurate diagnosis.
We suggest that you be referred here by your medical provider, who is familiar with your pain condition. This facilitates obtaining results of previous medical information relative to your condition prior to your appointment.
Evaluating your pain condition is our primary concern. The initial evaluation will include a thorough examination, history taking, and review of records.
The pain specialist will review the results of previous diagnostic tests and may recommend additional studies to identify the cause of your pain.
Our highly trained staff will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan. Our goal is to improve your quality of life.
Health Insurance Plans
If you are part of an Independent Practice Association (IPA) managed health plan, ask your primary care doctor to refer you to Inland Pain Medicine for your chronic pain symptoms.
We work with many medical groups.
