Options to alleviate your pain

Please Get Help Somewhere

Inland Pain Medicine believes in options to alleviate your pain symptoms. Whether it is a referral to a mental health specialist, medication management, interventional procedures and even implantable therapies, we are here to help. Inland Pain Medicine is not affiliated with any of the support groups listed on this webpage, and neither endorses, nor is endorsed by any of the authors who contributed to these brochures.

Some of these groups advocate practical coping techniques that may help with someone struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress. While other groups may even help members learn how to identify and manage the negative thoughts, reactions, beliefs and behaviors that lead to emotional pain and disturbing physical complaints.

Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if your symptoms or psychiatric symptoms worsen. And if you don’t get help here…please get help somewhere.
