Meet Mahmood Fathollazadeh PA-C, PhD.
Mahmood Fathollazadeh, PA-C, PhD, is a highly credentialed healthcare professional with extensive education and diverse clinical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in 1982, becoming an MT(ASCP) certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

From 1982-1986, he worked in Laboratory Medicine, performing routine labs in Chemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Toxicology. Mahmood continued his education with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant in 1986, followed by a Master’s of Physician Assistant with Specialization in Family Medicine in 1998, and a PhD in General Psychology in 1998-1999.

His clinical practice spans Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics (1994-2018), with special focus on treating Depression, Anxiety, and Fibromyalgia.
